ABSTRACT – Ethics and finance: the responsibility for the future. In this paper theauthor suggests a model of glocal banking. This model is based on two pillars: the normativetheory of stakeholder; the passage of the banking from the fiduciary responsibility to theresponsibility for the future. The conviction is that the global banking meets the ethicalneeds after the crisis in 2007-2008.
